Follow these simple steps to send WhatsApp auto-messages.
Step 1: Signup & Setup for WhatsApp Auto Message Sender

After you’ve downloaded the tool, go to Web WhatsApp & linked your device. Then open the WhatsApp Auto Message Sender tool by clicking on the blue arrow on the page’s right-hand side. If the icon is not visible, please refresh the page.

Step 4: Start your WhatsApp Outreach Campaign
To start your WhatsApp outreach campaign by sending automatic DMs to your leads, you have 2 options at this moment.
Let’s take a look!
Option 1: Upload a CSV file with WhatsApp Numbers
To directly upload a CSV file, click on the CSV File of WhatsApp Numbers option.
Then, upload the CSV file of your choice to start your WhatsApp outreach campaign.
You will then be asked to select the column that contains all the WhatsApp Numbers on the CSV file. Once you do that, click on Next.
You will then be directed to the tab where you need to write 3 different/unique versions of personalized custom messages. Once you write your messages, click on Next.
When sending messages with this method, you can personalize your message by addressing people using curly brackets {}. For example, if you have a column named ‘First Name‘ in your CSV file, you can send a message – ‘Hi, {First Name} check out my new tutorial video.’
Note: When writing messages, you can include emojis & write your message in any language you desire. Keep in mind that one of these 3 messages will be sent to your leads randomly. You can write up to 10 custom messages if you want. The more messages you write, the less likely they will be considered spam.
To create more than 3 messages, click on the plus sign available in the tool. If you wish to delete a few message templates, click on the trashcan icon.
Now click on Start to send your automated WhatsApp messages.
In case you want to make any changes to your WhatsApp outreach campaign, you can go back to the previous screen by clicking on the back arrow.
Option 2: Manually Paste/enter WhatsApp Numbers
If you want to enter your target numbers manually, click the Paste/enter WhatsApp Numbers option.
Now enter all the WhatsApp Numbers that you want to outreach to. Remember that you need to add each WhatsApp Number on a separate line. Once you’ve selected your option, click on the Next button.
Note: You can add up to a maximum of 10,000 Numbers.
You will then be directed to the tab where you need to write 3 different/unique versions of personalized messages. Once you write your messages, click on Next.
Note: The instructions to send the messages will be the same as I’ve mentioned in the previous steps.
Now click on Start to send WhatsApp auto-messages.
Once you do that, your WhatsApp outreach campaign will start. You can pause the campaign or stop & finish the campaign anytime you want.
After every message, there is a delay of 2-3 minutes. We’ve kept this default limit to keep your account safe. Thus, in one hour, you can send upto 30 custom auto-messages. These are randomly sent, which means you can send upto 720 messages in one day. Also, if you wish to discontinue, simply click on the Stop & Finish button or Pause if you want to halt the campaign.
Try starting slowly by sending 40-50 automated WhatsApp Messages in the first few days & gradually increasing the limit for newly created accounts. Slowly work your way up to send 720 messages. This will also keep your account risk-free.
You can also download the campaign report. It’ll show you the time & what message was delivered to the users. You’ll also get an insight into why the message was not sent if that’s the case.
The WhatsApp Auto Message Sender extension tool works in the background. So, if you want to work on other tasks on your Google Chrome browser, you can do it without interrupting your campaign. Remember that you need to keep the Web WhatsApp tab where the extension is running. DO NOT close that tab. Also, avoid opening multiple Web WhatsApp tabs. However, you can switch tabs if you also want to work on other tasks.
