In this article, I’ll explain how to manage your team on Prospectss. Also, I’ll discuss the different tier lists based on our various subscription plans.

Where to find your team?
To find your Prospectss team, you need to log in to your Prospectss account. Then, expand the burger menu on your page’s right side & click on the Manage Team option.
You will then be directed to your team manager page. Here, you’ll be able to see your team name, members’ roles, current subscription plan, credits remaining & your account key. You’ll also be able to see the owner’s account key if you are not the owner of the team.
We’ll discuss all of these options further in the article.
Understanding How Team Managing Works
Let’s understand the interface, as it’ll help you get the entire picture of how you can manage your team.
You’ll find your current plan at the top of your Team Manager page. You can also upgrade your plan to add more members by clicking on the link. Refer to the image below.
Below, you’ll find your team’s name that you can edit. It’s set to your registered first name by default. You’ll also be able to see your username, email, current subscription plan & role.
How to invite members to your team?
To invite more members to your team, you need to click on the Invite Members button. You will have to assign one of these 3 roles to the invited members.
If you are not subscribed to the Standard or higher plans, you won’t be able to invite members to your team. The free & basic plan only allows you to have one user i.e. you.
If you are on the free or basic plan, you can upgrade your plan to increase the member limit. Refer to the image below.
Note: I’ve explained further in this article the different tiers of plans & their respective member limits.
You will also be able to find the users whom you’ve invited to be a part of your team in the Invite Users To Join Your Team category.
If you scroll down further, you’ll be able to find all the teams that you are a part of.
If you are not the owner of the team & have joined the team upon getting an invite, you can use the owner’s account key for your tasks on Prospectss. Refer to the image below to find your & the team owner’s account key.
You can hover your cursor on the Team option to switch from one team to the other. It will expand the options of teams that you are part of.
How to accept a team invite?
You will get an email from Prospectss to join a team you are invited to. Upon clicking the link, you’ll join the team on Prospectss. The invite email will look something like this.
If you have already signed up for Prospectss, you will be able to view your newly joined team upon refreshing(or hard refreshing) your tab/page. You can also try logging out & then logging back into your Prospectss account.
If you haven’t already signed up on Prospectss, you will have to sign up with the email at which the invite was sent. You’ll be redirected to the sign-up page when you click on the invite link. You can quickly sign up for Prospectss just by filling out your name, email & password.
How can I update the roles of my team members?
You can change your team members’ roles only if you are the team’s owner.
Manage your roles by clicking on the Edit Role button. Or remove any member by clicking on the Remove Member button.
For example: Let’s change Frank Castle’s role from member to admin. Simply click on the edit role button & change to admin. You’ll see in the image below that his role is changed.
Different roles have different permissions. Find what permissions are allowed for particular roles in the image below.

How many members can I add to my team?
We have different subscription plan tiers that allow different team member limits. Let’s understand the plans & their respective member limits.
Basic Plan: No team members (Only you can access the Prospectss tools)
Standard Plan: 3 team members (including yourself)
Premium Plan: 5 team members (including yourself)
Ultimate Plan: 10 team members (including yourself)
