- Open Events Manager.
- Click on the green plus icon or connect data sources.
- Select Web and Click on connect.
- Add your Pixel Name and Click on create pixel.
- Enter the website URL to check for easy setup options and click on continue.

Now, comes installation. There are three ways to install Facebook pixel to your website. you can follow whichever fits best your needs.

Manually add pixel code to the website
- Go to Events Manager.
- Select the pixel you want to set up.
- Then click on continue pixel setup.
- Select Install Code Manually option.
- Click on copy code to copy the base code.
- Paste the pixel code into the bottom of the header section just above the </head> tag.
- Click on continue.
- This is optional but you can turn on automatic advanced matching to verify the customer information that you want to send.
- Click on Continue.

Use a partner integration
- Go to Events Manager.
- Select the pixel you want to set up.
- Then click on continue pixel setup.
- Select the Check for Partner option.
- Choose the partner.
- Now carefully follow the instructions on the screen.
There’s a possibility that you might not find your platform in the option, no worries, just use the other options to set up your Facebook pixel.

Email Instructions
- Go to Events Manager.
- Select the pixel you want to set up.
- Then click on continue pixel setup.
- Select the Email Instructions option.
- Enter the email of the recipient.
- Then click on the send option at the bottom of the page.
This option is used when you can’t update the website code yourself. Facebook will send the code and instructions to the recipient to install it on your website.

Now, after the installation process, it’s time to setup Facebook pixel.
- Click on Open Event Setup Tool.
- Choose on your Facebook Pixel ID and click on settings.
- Scroll down and click on Open Event Setup Tool.
- Enter your website URL and click on Open Website.
- You’ll be provided with a list of events. Confirm or Dismiss according to your choice.
- Click on Finish Setup to continue.
